Returns and Exchanges

Items eligible for returns/exchanges
  • Item or items must be returned within 14 business days of purchase. If your 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer a store credit or exchange. 
  • Item or items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • All returns or exchanges will be issued in the form of store credit. 
  • If the item is sold out in our store when you are trying to return for store credit, it will not be accepted. 
Items NOT eligible for returns/exchanges
  • Customized / personalized items
  • Holiday items
  • Clearance or mystery items of any kind
  • Bathing suits for any reasons, due to health issues :)
  • Items that are sold out in our store
  • Hair items of any kind. 
  • Hats
Do I pay for returns or exchanges?
  • You will be responsible for the shipping cost when you are initiating an exchange
  • Original shipping fee will not be returned in any circumstance
  • If return/exchange process is not followed you will be charged a 20 % restocking fee
