Returns and Exchanges
Items eligible for returns/exchanges
- Item or items must be returned within 14 business days of purchase. If your 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer a store credit or exchange.
- Item or items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- All returns or exchanges will be issued in the form of store credit.
- If the item is sold out in our store when you are trying to return for store credit, it will not be accepted.
- Items that are discounted are not eligible for return/exchange
Items NOT eligible for returns/exchanges
- Customized / personalized items
- Holiday items
- Clearance or mystery items of any kind
- Discounted items
- Bathing suits for any reasons, due to health issues :)
- Items that are sold out in our store
- Hair items of any kind.
- Hats
Do I pay for returns or exchanges?
- You will be responsible for the shipping cost when you are initiating an exchange
- Original shipping fee will not be returned in any circumstance
- If return/exchange process is not followed you will be charged a 20 % restocking fee
